Booking my room through Agoda, but didn't obtained the room that I needed.I've tried to contact the hotel 1,2 days previously to confirm my reserving and make transaction, but no-one pick up the decision.WHEN I reach the resort lobby, only one 1 receptionist working in those days.The room is fairly large, 1 king-size bed (enough for three folks), 1 sofa.For car parking, it is possible to ask receptionist better car parking option supplied by the hotel, because the guest car parking bay charge RM1.65 each hour. You need to park nearby prevent A entrance/exit.You can find 4 lifts to move up and lower from parking to resort rooms, 1 communicate lift from parking to lobby, and 1 exhibit lift right to infinity pool.To frolic in the water, please fill within the proper execution at lobby and move it to the receptionist.For food, there's one eating place called 'Teh Tarik Signature', additionally, there are 1,2 retail shop to get necessities.Very enjoy with my remain there, expect the next time I move there I obtain the room I needed (for my kids)

Been here twice, the initial stay is quite pleasant however the second period is horrible ‍♀️ We spent 800 for just two 2 apartments for 1 nights but both of the areas has many problems like the aircond isn't well functioning, it malfunction, telephone in the room can't be utilized and had to visit the reception to see the problem, but nonetheless the technician didn't come to correct it. After that, had to returned to the reception to see again and finally they came. When it was fix, ten minutes later it happened once again and we completely fed up we simply disregard it. Guest also need to pay the car parking while staying, however the first-time i came the car parking had been free. The employees said sign in was at 2pm, we emerged at 3pm but nonetheless have to await another 30minutes as the room is nevertheless along the way of cleaning, i've much more to state about this resort but I’m sick and tired of typing, okey byee won't stay here anymore

Top 5 most severe hotel!! I never write-up a review but this time around a create an exception.Await 6+ hours for upkeep.
