im the fan of rakuzen because they serve zero frills jap food with good quality and prices however my estimation has changed since my final visit. the nabeyaki udon has been bland and udon had been way over prepared. The beef cubed rice has been horrible with themeat being therefore overcooked, it is possible to throw it at somebody and hurt them. The sushi nigiri was nevertheless decent altho smaller sized in proportions and the salmon avocado salad had been also good. Wouldn't normally go back to this branch.

The sushi and seafood meals were all quite tasty! The grilled salmon with teriyaki was excellent and the grilled scallops tasty. Unfortunately we constantly had to require additional soy sauce, wasabi etc. thankfully they do possess a buzzer at the desk to callthe waiter anytime.

Myself as an avid supper in restaurants like this has made me realise that the Rakuzen knowledge has declined rather than how it was previously. For one, the provider for a set because of their salmon don took around 30 minutes instead of somemediocre sushi joint which truthfully taste exactly the same or slightly various and took only 10 mins to my desk. Furthermore ethics of waiters and waitresses want even more training. An unwelcoming power greets you as soon as you enter or more to the stage you obtain your bill. If I'd to visit a sushi joint as stated above, I'd rather purchase a proper expertise rather than mediocre joint encounter. Yes. People pay great money for experience rather than much of the meals. Yes. Please request a genuine critique and chef. The solution you're looking for may be the same. Goodbye and many thanks.

We booked, and was told firmly they would only contain the table for a quarter-hour. So we resulted in early. Drinks and menus came rapidly. Orders were taken. After that came the lengthy wait. It got us over 2 hrs to obtain a starter &roll, accompanied by our set foods. We had to demand drink refills each time. And we were overlooked when wanting to require the bill. Meals was okay- the portions possess all shrunk- also the roll appeared to have hardly any rice round the middle! Even though, the restaurant was complete a weekday night. General, Rakuzen is still a good restaurant, but I'd probably not get back to this branch.
