We was assigned a desk in one secluded black row of cubicle-like small tables. The lighting has been dim... also it was noisy as the 2 ladies in another cubicle decided to chat loudly for an extremely long time. And, when i had been at theend of the row, within the last cubicle, I never noticed anyone except when somebody found take my purchase, deliver my order so when I compensated the bill. My purchase of Barachirashi set required 25 mins to reach - this is the longest I actually waited for this occur a Rakuzen cafe. The meals was nice, nonetheless it was an extended wait. After that, after my food, I made a decision to order ice-lotion... took me a while to get someone. Then, the solitary scoop of ice-lotion took 10 mins to reach. It was terrible provider and unacceptable.

The product quality and taste of food was good, nonetheless it literally took them 45 minutes to serve us what we ordered, the timelapse between first dish and final one was another 45 minutes aswell. They mixed the purchase and responded in an exceedingly RUDEmanner after we notified them. Upon paying the expenses we told the cashier about program being bad and she completely ignored us! HAHAHA Extremely disrespectful staff, won't return back again.
