The meals was the worst I've experienced in a Japanese restaurant in Asia, won't return! Been previously and appreciated food, won't return following this experience!

Newly opened and right after a couple of fine experiences with Rakuzen Oasis Ara Damansara and Tropicana Town Mall, we expect exactly the same treatment and food quality. Emerged here for lunch time on 6th April and the cafe wasn't fully occupied yet no customer support togreet us on the door!Several staffs were seen travelling zzzzzz.... We have to demand our seats! Next upon purchase, the waitress was carrying 2 lunch time boxes servings simultaneously and expect myself to obtain my meal container from her as she cannot bend over and offer the dish properly!!?? First of all it is risky, if you cannot take 2 to function, maybe serve 1 prior to going back to your kitchen for 2nd helping. Worse she provided a frown and mindset. The dish was offered inappropriately and definitely such attitude is unwanted!! There is a reason there exists a service charge! The very best of the icing may be the tea cup served includes a part chipped out...do you want to beverage your tea with a broken cup?! Food was great, customer service sucks!

Nothing wrong with foods. But our fellow diners making use of their non-stop noise actually spoilt my pleasure of the meals. Seems some people enjoy to chat loudly. And do not really value others. Anyway, food wise much like other numerous japanese dining places around But itwould be great in order to benefit from the food peacefully minus the non-stop sound. Non-stop. Non-stop. My advice would be to choose a week time if you want to visit this location. Choise another location peaceful environment to take pleasure from your meal.
