Food was great and service by the majority of the waiters were great. But we were incredibly defer by the staff responsible for seating, I really believe her title will be Aida. Upon arrival whenever we asked for desk, she didnt actually bother to show tocheck whether there have been available seats and instantly dismissed us saying you can find no seats accessible, when obviously we saw many empty tables. Only once we informed her that people see there are some tables empty that she considered glance to start to see the vacant tables and appreciated us with a desk. Dont understand whether its basic laziness or simply biasness but regardless of the reason, it really is an appalling behaviour for somebody who will be supposed to function as welcoming encounter of the restaurant. Really dissapointing experience.

Went back to 1 of our favourite bar/restaurants QUIVO Pavilion inside Pavilion KL on Sunday night time with my wife. The area had undergone a significant refurbishment since we final came. It was even now lovely with great foods and good service, nonetheless it was certainly missingsomething it had….. the initial deco and seating/bar region were better positioned and we skipped the previous FOH Mangers and Group who simply had that little additional consumer focus and charisma. Still among the nicest places within the Pavilion… We had: Spicy heavy fried Calamari with fiery curry aioli: Sizzling Lamb Pica’s & Hummus with flatbread: The Wagyu Burger: Spaghetti Mamba: Passion Fruit Iced

Excellent place for a supper/lunch within a hustling and bustling purchasing area. Apparently, really cherished by local expats since it was complete. I especially enjoyed the meals and the selection aswell - looked not normal! There are a great number of meals/starters/bites that lookdesigned to become shared, in order that, I guess managed to get very attractive for businesses of friends.

While giving due thing to consider to create Covid challenges, the latest experience was’t you might expect from Quivo. Most of the stuff on menus was’t available. The Golf club sandwich was offered without major ingredient, the grilled poultry. Nachos with chunky Avocados has been a mockery of thedish. Front end staff has been however courteous to simply accept the mistake and provide replacement. It was informed that there’s no supervisor working. The lady at bar was though super efficient.

The worst experiences we've ever had. Wait 1 hour for the food and wait around 30 minutes for the check. Quite bad experience.

Came here inside a big group, we have been confident none folks will return. Foods is OK, not worthy of the price. The display is lovely but insufficient flavour. The service was average. We were informed two days prior to the day time of reserving that aRM500 deposit is necessary for booking for 10 individuals and above. This emerged as a shock as there is no reference to a down payment on the site or the booking confirmation. I would recommend management to include this details upfront to avoid surprises to your visitors. Furthermore, we did pre-order mainly because advised for big groupings. We discovered that the menus on the website is not updated so 1 / 2 of us had to change our order. I would recommend updating your menus on the website. On the night time, they keep ruining orders and requesting confirmation. Would recommend the employees to communicate much better amongst each other. Place is handy, in the center of KL. Parking is certainly abundant as Pavillion enables night time to morning parking. We spend on typical RM120 per individual for mains and beverages. No entree. For the purchase price and service contrary to the quality of meals, i do not advocate this restaurant and we'll not come back.

The food had not been great, mainly bland and expensive. The services was also quite gradual. I don't think I'd eat here again.
