The meals is ok but seriously they have to improve on their customer support.Was greeted by way of a staff saying we need to wait around 45 min prior to the food come ( we have been fine once we not pretty quickly ) . The beverages and pizza emerged within 10 mins that is great. Some staffs even focus on our request pretty quick.Then everything came down hill if they forgot regarding our french fries ( sold-out and without informing us they immediately change to wedges ), and in addition forgot to type in our dessert selection.We'd finished our pizza and waited time to allow them to complete the order.Supervisor had not been seen handling the problem. Actually dunno where he/she is usually.Overall they concentrate more on delivery after that dine in services.

Bad service. They didn't provide cutleries for remove option. System isn't updated to notice if the order will be ready or not really. I decide for curbside pickup but i have to pickup at the counter by myself.

EASILY could give it zero I'd. No exaggeratation. Avoid this location by any means. No one at the front end to seat you. I and many more waited. Eating place was empty. No employees no patrons. WHEN I seated myself, my partner walked to your kitchen to check. One individual arrived and handed the QR program code to order. No follow-up absolutely nothing. Jsut disappeared after handing on the program code. We scanned and purchase. We required clarification but nobody around to ask. All around us tables weren't wiped, other tables had been loaded wt meals that no-one collectedOnly one person that is rhe restaurant supervisor was working as the cook has been in your kitchen. The individual was the main one taking purchase, producing the pizza. Packing the pizza and coping wt get. I didn't understand to really feel angry or sorry on her behalf. My kid had been hungry and the dinner came late. The majority of the meals was unavailableWorse nevertheless everything tastes horrible. Incorrect orders received. There was a vintage Chinese couple before me who didn't learn how to make use of QR program code. But despite them inquiring they were simply given a cool shoulder.
