Friends were going to and decided to get them for a straightforward fare in Peter's Curry Fish Mind. This place will be off the beaten monitor in Setapak but I had been told it is almost always loaded and if you do not have reservations on weekends , you arein for an extended wait Thankfully I reside nearby and also have seen this basic no frill restaurant generally packed to the brim We dropped in from 11.30 AM on a weekday to obtain a good seat once we experienced my mum on a wheelchair. The eating place gets zero factors for decoration but we weren't here for the appears but for taste. Orders were promptly used but we had to hold back as kitchen weren't opened up till noon , drinks had been quickly served and we'd time and energy to chat and surely got to capture up with one another Within around 30 minutes, the restaurant was filled with patrons and not really an extra seat was found. Specialty of the restaurant is Fish Mind Curry and contains a big sign board on the wall indicating size part of curry you desire, the accompaniments and the costs to go along with it. Best for lunch time if you’re craving for curry seafood head. Worthy of trying. Come around 12 or 2 in order to avoid the longer queue. Always full home through the lunch time.

This place has stood the test of time, my last click here dated back to the entire year 2000 or 2001!! And things looked fairly unchanged, for good or for bad... The await our major dish took provided that I remembered it to, beprepared to hold back 20mins or even more if they’re working complete. Best time for lunch time would be earlier 12ish, to protected a table and lessen waiting time for foods. We'd the fried poultry, sautéed veggies and curry fish mind with the optional add-on of prawn and squid. Taste-wise was quite constant but remembered it to become a tad even more flavorful before. They appear to have several staple dishes which nearly every desk orders, guess they will have perfected those through the years. Prices was affordable, entire meal price RM56 for just two 2 pax. Overall, expect the no-frills meal but still satisfying in the comfy, ‘homey’ sort of way. It simply fell off my radar through the years, however now that we’ve visited once again, we’ll be back!
