Steak tartare is great but may be a little bit spicy for some

Dark angus ribeye, shigoku oyster, lamb rack and manchego cheese tart. Highlight would go to the steak and cheese tart. Lamb rack will be tender just insufficient flavor. Oyster is quite ‘puny’ but flavorful!
