The worst eating experience in KL for some time. Dreadfully trained staff, woefully overvalued food. A to never be repeated experience.

Dined as a big group. Ambience had been non existent. Service has been very sluggish and erratic. The meals arrived inconsistently and had been awful: I purchased calamari that was clearly from the packet, and a lamb shank - which arrived chilly, tough and without veggies. The wineswas ok but both wine and beer prices were too much. The dinner for me & my partner price 880 Ringgit, and we left starving, underwhelmed by having less South American encounter and disappointed with what is the worst eating place on the fantastic Old Malaya strip.

Went for supper. Ordered the smooth shell crab for beginner. Disappointed. Batter has been tasteless. Waited for nearly 45mins to get the beginner. Ordered the steak, dark angus tenderloin & rib vision. It had been already cold whenever we they delivered it to us. Too starving tocomplaint, don't feel just like spending additional time there. Remaining without finishing the steak. Forget about the next time. First and last.

This is actually the restaurant so call seafood platter that cost me RM118. First-time visit and won’t keep coming back anymore. Not well worth the purchase price at all!

Food has been served intermittently and finished up chilly. Steaks are cut as well thin to cook moderate or medium uncommon, baked potatoes are usually over cooked and re-heated. Very average foods that costs itself on 5 celebrity quality - I could assure you that is noteven 3 superstar. We shall not be returning.

Had dinner for just two and the ambience had been just as we needed. Cosy and has a vintage school steakhouse vibe. Meals really was good and the purchase price reasonable. Steaks were good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Given the makeshift table with really hard wooden chair in the bar despite having booked. Food average, cocktails bad, ambience awful. Been right here often but this has been the last. By how empty it had been seems many others attended to same summary.. badly managedand a little sad now

We had an excellent experience as of this steakhouse. For the purchase price we paid, it had been worthy for an excellent plate of ribeye. Excellent customer service though it was hectic. Will definitely revisit!

The restaurant is amazing, spotless clean and the staff is amazing. We visited the cafe three evenings in a rota. The meals is tasty and the personnel is incredibly polite and friendly

A perfect place to choose dinner or beverages. Delicious food and pleasant staff. Recommend. The man who was simply serving us - Nopu had been extremely professional and polite.
