We went to Outback inside Nu Sentral and purchase two Mojito before supper. We obtained two Mojitos with expire and rotten mints results in!! We cannot have confidence in the Quality of these product and services! The restaurant was nearly empty and Iguess that’s their solution to save cost therefore we didn't brother to order supper as you can do you know what the Quality of these meats/steaks will undoubtedly be! We pay superior prices for both beverages and left! We also left our comment/complains on the websites rather than even receive their follow-up because they don’t even treatment, they just con you for the email address to allow them to send you non cease promotional ad. We've been a loyal enthusiast of Outbacks in lots of different city.

we normally obtain the klia convey to the airport ,we'd time to kill ,therefore we made a decision to have the beer at outback , big tiger , then a little bit of lunch time, another 3 tigers, i knew their content hour started at 3.00 thus wejust cruised along , emerged the bill over 300myr, when i mentioned however the sign you possess hidden out of view nearby, says 3,00 delighted hour buy one obtain one free, oh no sir you ordered your first beer before 3.00 ,that will not apply, what a complete rip off therefore i drank 4 beers in under ten minutes,,i drop directly into kl outback plus they are excellent,service food ,people, i'll never bother another to blatant rip off , so look out watching your bill because they're a rip off

Outback Special had not been available, alternative selection of the owner had not been even close. I suppose you can find better steak houses around.

I simply walked in this outback at about 5pm, whenever we walked there have been no indication of any staff thus we sat lower and waited, after about 5min 1 woman appeared, she seen us but walked from the restaurant, following a few moreminutes nevertheless no indication of any staff therefore i called out, 3 workers rose from the booth these were sleeping in, following a short while 1female employees brought us the menu's without so significantly being an apology, she then went about her business once we viewed the menu, we obviously finished considering the menus and were prepared to order and there have been 3 staff all position around doing nothing at all, at that time we got up and left, we have there been about 12 minutes rather than one single phrase was spoken to us from any employee, no wonder the area was empty if this is actually the level of service they give, We lived in america for several years and Outback had a good popularity but this is actually the worst service I've ever had.

Came with my partner and child. Ordered simple steak medium. Asked particularly never to overcook it. They delivered it almost done well. Repaid. Brought new the one that was medium uncommon to rare. My partner couldn’t eat it since it was too natural. The tastewas great. Broccoli was take off as though it went poor or they burnt it and wished to conceal it. As well apparent. Ice lemon tea emerged without lemon inside it. I must say that every period we asked the employees was polite and tried to improve it. The management must heavily spend money on personnel training. In the event that you contact yourself a steak home - you need to get it correct the 1st time with the meat. Do not recommend.

I last came here after some duration ago also it wasnt too poor. It's now clearly long gone downhill and I still left feeling robbed. To be fair, assistance is ok. However the food and beverages were dreadful. I actually was served a hideous, school dinner-like, burger.Frankly, McDonald's is a LOT much better and at fifty percent the price. My partner had "seafood" and chips. The "seafood" was generally batter with an amazingly small filling of real fish. The smoothies we ordered were pretty unpleasant. Mine tasted like essence of banana and dish fabric. Everything felt rather such as a hideous 1970s American Diner. Period for this to close.

I had dinner here many times during my remains in KL. The employees is quite friendly and the meals is just delicious. Excellent high quality of beef! And costs are very moderate. I will come back most surely within my next visits here.

At Outback we wished to eat an excellent Ribeye Steak medium uncommon cooked again. Rather we obtained a lukewarm steak from the microwave! We allow that go back. Another steak was a lot more than rare cooked. We after that refused to purchase a steak once again. Iordered a burger and my partner fettuccine with seafood. Both had been pitiful. We haven't consumed that poor in years!!!

Nice place to possess an enjoyble supper with friends over company talk. Good location for a steak or perhaps a bbq extra rib to take pleasure from. Food taste great..staffs were friendly..great ambience..convenient location. Everythg was just as well perfect. Food was strong.
