Went earlier for dim sum but had not been extremely delighted with the standard of food. Preferences were average and absolutely nothing too impressive, perhaps I've too high expectations for the oriental team.

Weird stuff upon the menu like poultry legs and the fish was overcooked. Not as well impressive. Food was okay but nothing as recommended by the Oriental brand name. A little disappointed. Service was sluggish.

I love the friendly employees and environment within the restaurant - the meals is delicious and provider is speedy. Several different meals on the menus - whether you need ala carte or dim sum. Strongly suggested

Visited this joint upon 19-9-2020 for dim sum breakfast. The food was excellent and the staffs have become attentive. We were surprise they also marketing award successful Durian moon cakes. The cost of the Durian moon cakes are usually on the higher side butthe high quality was exceptional. Will revisit this joint when We next visit KL.

Bring my children for an extremely recommended with regard to 1st brunch of the entire year is in my own to-do list. I called for reserving for dim sum and been told there are 2 slot machines that is 10am and 12.30pm. I've selected 12.30pm in accordance with our schedule.We have there been razor-sharp at 12.30pm and being given an excellent area. after 10 mins, we've placed order where purchase sheet mentioned 12.44pm. After that we waited for a while without foods being served. At 1.20pm, among the captain was included with rude way and just informed us that 2/3 of the primary dim sum are sold-out. Then he designed to leave. I stopped him instantly and requested him what accessible then. He said "It is possible to eat ala carte dish however, not DIM SUM." After that we been pushed to order some meals to fill the starving stomach. He suggested a so-called Poultry Rice, and i believe it must be easy. Then our lunch time completed around 2.30pm. The bill came showed that so-called chicken rice cost RM198. Complete bill came without low cost or feeling of apologies. Just what a terrible cafe that i've actually been.

I have just been here for Dim Sum on the weekend break (reservations suggested, really crowded)...great food, a touch too open up and noisy for my tastes but best for a large noisy Chinese group!

Pass our purchase sheet to a female at 12am and at 12.40pm realized havent place purchase at all and misplaced our purchase sheet. Finally purchased at 12.45pm yet among our food have tresses inside! The captain appear rude and inform us if wewould prefer to change a fresh plate have to await quite a while. At 1.30pm whenever we are usually almost done but 1 Of the dish isn't out yet and we requested to cancel it and exactly the same captain told us that struggling to cancel because the dim sum is steaming today ! Therefore the dim sum need 50min to steam ? Totally unacceptable and rude habits. Not really recommended at all!

The restaurant's success is actually on the responsiveness of these staff. As possible continue reading most reviews, the issue here is service. After that, the decor here's good and foods is good plus there exists a good choice for vegetarians. Regrettably thereis you don't need to come back again because of their meals as there are many good restaurants with much better service in KL.

The program - especially the supervisor was so very bad and unacceptable. I am hoping oriental group may take note of this supervisor, who treated me therefore poorly- the personnel of the eating place had to apologize on her behalf rude and unbecoming conduct.
