A great hangout. No Black Tie is down in the backstreets in a cluster of interesting bars and canteens just a few hundreds from the soullessness of KLCC.

I didn't try any food. Great spot for a drink and live music! It can get greatly crowded especially during weekends, so get tin this position early or book your table.
