Atmosphere, food, drinks, services all top class! 2 levels with personal booths and an open up floor with double duration home windows overlooking Bukit Bintang. DJ will play great tunes from mezzanine degree. Tapas design Asian themed foods and cocktails with a twist. Bigger servings also accessible but we found the tiny bites to be really generous. There exists a 6 training course dessert degustation with either tea or alcoholic pairings for an extremely reasonable price.

(This is nearer to 4.5 stars if you ask me.) Mr. Chew's is an excellent cafe and bar/lounge, perched along with among Bukit Bintang's great rises. The two-story eating place is filled up with beautiful artwork deco, Asian, and Caribbean (I believe) decor, along with day light from huge home windows. Rich, lively shades dominate. The initial floor includes a good-sized dining area and several smaller sized lounge and bar areas -- a lot of which are available to the entire two stories -- as the second flooring is open up, overlooking the initial floor in several areas over brass railings. A few of the places look like they may be shut off for private celebrations. Seating through the entire restaurant is on comfy chair and benches, both in the lounge locations and at the tables. Mr. Chew's includes a wide variety of wonderful, creative, and flavorful cocktails. The meals is excellent, from good-sized menus with variety of choices (both in the tastes and portion sizes). I liked everything I tried, however the true standout had been the peanut butter parfait for dessert. Mr. Chew's is really a small on the pricey aspect for KL, but it's quite enjoyable.
