I remember my first-time popping by this location - it had been late during the night on the weekday and the retail center was completely deserted. My friend's exhilaration boosted up my expectation with this speakeasy bar. I had been psyched to check on this location out. The purple Sunbeam Alpine car parked correct outside the entrance managed to get too easy to find out the bar will be somewhere very close to the vicinity. The entranceway was quite simple to spot if you are like me - I obtain easily frustrated by uneven walls (they're designed to be toned!) To your surprise, the area was packed regardless of the empty mall. I walked round the bar and observed a swanky swimming pool table at the trunk. Many trendy expats and locals stuffed this location and immediately I sensed under-dressed. The decor has been stunning - dimmed light, melodic strong house music, and beautiful couches. This location is quite small though. I reckon they might only easily fit into about 20-25 individuals max. They do perform a strict dress program code therefore no slippers and shorts are usually allowed. I were able to try their drinks within my second visit. Provider was excellent - we had been attended by 'Swanky' Sean (he had been donned in a striking tailored fit). I got the Purple Haze - a sweeter cocktail of berries and vodka. My pal had a concoction which has gin and a citrus bottom (I believe it's known as Pimm's Fizz). These were both tasty but I enjoyed mine much better. After our first beverages we ordered two cups of Reddish. I was too occupied enjoying the night time that I've forgotten to inquire a lot more concerning the Red wine. So when I wasn't blessed with excellent palate, I couldn't distinguish which kind of wine it had been. The bill came around quite a fair little bit for the both folks. Either that or I'm still not really used to having to pay cocktails at RM 50+ normally. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience. This place would be my go-to celebratory location. You can reserve a table aswell so that's always an advantage in my own books. So till the next time Mr Brooks!

So I was simply taking stroll in Bangsar SHOPPING MALL one night time and found this great deal with an automobile (a Sunbeam Alpine) inside it. My very first thought really was? Why would you sell your vehicle in a shopping mall like this? THEREFORE I gave it several touches, took a shop around it because the garage-like decoration got my interest, and off I proceeded to go. Precisely seven days later, I heard from the friend discussing so called "hidden" pubs as the saying goes, and there is one in BSC! My initial response was, lets do that. Therefore we arrived, to exactly the same great deal, with the automobile, and I has been like, are you currently kidding me?! I proceeded to go full Sherlock, looking for just how in (not really gonna spoil the enjoyable here). Once we got in, guy was I not prepared for this, I had been in slippers and a t-clothing, thinking it was only a bar screening reside football matches. Happy we didn't obtain kicked out though. We got an area next to the pool table, decoration was excellent, kinda instil a soothing disposition into you. We obtained a couple beers plus some cocktails for the girls. Beer was as normal, though it was priced somewhat higher right here. Cocktails were excellent and I was needs to feel like Relationship. This is a great location for just about any special occasions, regardless of the slightly expensive costs of their drinks. Remember to dress appropriately.

Funnily enough, I 1st found out about Mr. Brooks through my Mum of most people. Subsequently after informing her I was venturing out that night time for a circular of beverages with my buddies, she provided me the required mum, don't consume and drive talk that was then accompanied by the constant lecture about responsibility. Do not get me wrong, venturing out for night time drinks should in no way be taken lightly particularly when generating is involved, nevertheless after years of experiencing the same repetitive discussion, I spaced away for an excellent two minutes, drifting away from into lucid daydream about dark pepper corns and Satan. Minutes afterwards, she comes back if you ask me and starts informing about good drinking areas, and Mr. Brooks has been one of these. My mum certain is really a character. What actually serious me about Mr. Brooks had been that being truly a speakeasy, you type of need to play detective to get the place. Most likely the easiest case to resolve though as all of the clues of its whereabouts could be easily aquired online. (Pssst, it's behind the device panel).
