Maybe it’s due to price constraint they only give the normal small piece seaweed & not big piece of seasoned seaweed. One bite into the ridiculously soft (and fatty), flavorful chashu was all I needed to know I will be a return customer🐵🍕. I love spicy broths and this is just nice! Not also spicy and still tasty… Two thumbs up.

Though it looks fatty, however it relishd absolutely divine. It would be great if they can keep the usual seaweed that serve in most ramen shop. Eabsolutelything else was wonderful moreover, which was really just the icing on the cake.
