Food has been so-so, not delicious, not bad at all. Price was a little on the bigger side. Customer support however need much enhancement. The majority of the servers will be foreigner. One thing, for those who have purchased, you can't cancel it eventhough its simply been five minutes, which for me personally is ridiculous. Careful using what you have ordered.

For me personally this place is costly considering the part and the taste of the meals that is much like places that offer exactly the same at lower price. The purchase price is understandable because the place is at among the pricey place in KL. However plenty of options to be selected from the menus, staffs are helpful and responsive.

Horrible food, gradual service, delusional prices (vis a vis the product quality). Ribeye was tough, leathery, plus they didn't trim off the silverskin... I must say i don't know the way the restaurant could be packed constantly serving bad meals.. A Marketing masterpiece, Perhaps.The mushroom soup was watery, salted egg spaghetti didn't have a lot of a salted egg flavor.
