When I see whatever finishes with "... LOGY", I suppose that there are learn craftsmen at the job behind the scenes.And that is exactly what the people at MEATOLOGY are.For just two Fridays in a row, I've ordered from their website and for just two Fridays in a row, I am very impressed; for somebody with a negative habit of not really finishing his meals, I came across myself lapping up each and every thing that was included with my purchase.My favourites? The ribeye and the ribs.

It was an incredible experience in order to order a good wagyu steak lunch package... The meat has been tender and juicy.. Well presented dinner in a container.. It would have already been better if we are able to dine in.. Excited dine at Meatology... Suggested for meat lovers..

Ordered the initial siew yuk, 15 yrs pork and their award successful duck breast for lunch time takeaway and the meals was very tasty and tasty . The meats was cooked perfectly also it was extremely moist and juicy aswell. Overall, it had been definitely worthwhile and worth 2x .

Absolutely love it. I am to Marble 8, Jake's, D Empire and different other meat areas in the search for the very best steak, and I lastly found it right here. A delicately flavored, flawlessly done steak individually flamed at your desk by Chef Yenni, at not even half the price you'll pay for this quality of marbling (MB9) somewhere else. Great program by Bernice as well. Would revisit. Unfortunately, they're closing by the end of this month, because of reopen under a fresh title in Taman Paramount.Upgrade - Visited again the very next day to use their salted egg siu yuk. Well-seasoned and completely caramelized, their roasted pork gets the lightest, crispiest crackling imaginable. Though it is worth being another of these signature dishes, the knowledge paled compared to my previous go to, that was made particularly unforgettable by the interest with which Chef Yenni prepared and introduced the steak. Looking towards tasting her additional creations in future.

Siu yoke had great crackling however the meat was just a little tough. Wagyu with MB8 score was hard externally and somewhat underdone in the centre. I ordered medium uncommon. The middle was nearer to uncommon. I’ve had far better.They’re closing down therefore assistance is understandably slow. Just 3 persons for whole restaurant. Very friendly employees.
