Wow.. a number of 1-star poor reviews by some other clients, i want to share my poor experience right here.The self-order kiosk had not been started up, thus i visited the counter. The girl counter staff, i assume a supervisor as she had been in black/grey clothing, insisted in a rude tone that i will purchase via the kiosk. Baffled, i went and dual examined on the kiosk, the screen has been black and i verified that it was powered down. I informed the counter staff members i couldnt purchase via the kiosk, the personnel rolled her eye on me and walked off in to the office, as though i had been an idiot... luckily another male personnel politely said sorry, examined the kiosk, and assisted me to purchase at the counter...Thank you for the assist from considerate male employees...To the rude women staff, probably service line isn't suitable for you, obtain another job...
