Visited this restaurant handful of periods for dim sum and ala carte foods. Food is great and fresh. However the assistance and the captain1st period proceeded to go there, waited for close to 40 mins for a claypot poultry with brinjal (or even mistaken) despite of several reminders with their waiter/ waitress plus they just simply solution they're preparing it and leave. When I verify my order making use of their supervisor and informed them to cancel the purchase should they still don't assist it (after a lot more than 30 mins wait time), after that only they provide it after another 10mins.. no indication of apologetic from them2nd experience furthermore during proceeded to go there for lunch time and waited for close to an hour for a straightforward fried rice and fried noodles.. again, no indication of apologetic from the captain/ manager3rd encounter also not as well pleasant coz the main one who's taking our purchase is pretty rude..
