Cooking area isnt functional and overpriced, the easiest order is forgotten. Menus isn't clear and waiters do not know what will be in the laundry, and dont bother to request kitchen. The normal tourist rip off i assume, so much nicer eateries in KL,dont move there

Had only a sit down elsewhere here, and for that, the area was fine. Price appropriate (drinks and food had been on the pricey aspect though, when i saw on the menus), staff friendly. If you're lucky, you may get a desk outside from where youcan view the fountain show - so long as you do not have people sitting down on the surrounding wall structure and blocking your look at. Restaurant should maybe discover a way to inquire these folks to stand a little to the side, in the end, patrons usually do not come right here to have their sights blocked by people's backs and behinds.

Was with the KLCC branch for lunch time yesterday and experienced an exceptionally poor service. Here is a detailed accounts of what happened: 1. They took an purchase for bangers and mash nonetheless it never came. 2. After checking using them around 30 minutes later, they saidthat it isn't offered (something they didn't inform us whenever we made the order). 3. I purchased the creamy chicken pasta place instead from then on, but never obtained my soup that has been supposed to include it. 4. 20 minutes afterwards, after rechecking using them, I was offered a bowl of fish and chips. 5. Questioned to meet up manager, who took their own sweet period and kept us looking forward to ten minutes, while he has been busy entertaining a few of the tourist females customers who sat before us. 6. The manager finally turns up to our desk, but doesn't apologize and doesn't show an indicator of remorse for what occurred. There is barely any response from him, and he simply stood there considering us. I'd have expected a lot more from a eating place of the stature. It's disappointing once you choose to spend reduced price for the dinner and services, but receive this type of terrible service. Appears like a lot other folks have observed similar problems, nonetheless it doesn't look like the management did anything to improve it. As a normal patron employed in of the workplaces up in the tower and helping the firms down in the mall, I don't believe it's a great deal to ask for to get good service.

We've drank here several times today as it's nice following a day of purchasing. It isn't cheap, even on the happy hour, but it is rather central. The personnel are friendly too. A very important factor though, their t-shirts are incorrect. It's 'top o' the early morning' not'top of the time'!

We ordered the beer and an Amaretto with ice. On tasting it had been clear we received a whisky with ice. I complained and had been told they didn’t possess amaretto and provided a whisky with title beginning with A! I actually ordered gin and tonic asalternative, there is hardly any tonic and the beverage was flat. I complained once again and was told that’s what We ordered! Reluctantly I was offered a can of tonic but or even whenever we protested and returned the drink. I refused another drink also to pay. A extremely poor customer support with poor focus on detail on what’s getting served to customers. Wouldn't normally revisit or recommend.

Purchased fish & chips and got beers plus some other food. Both fish & sea meals pasta weren't clean, tasted horrible and pasta really badly made. Grossly overpriced too

This is the worst bar I visited within my 6 week stay static in KL. The employees had no concept about service, that they had ran from the beverage I requested and had been very unhelpful. There are to numerous other great bars within KL therefore doyour self a favour and present that one a miss.

Used to be the best spot in KLCC. Sadly it has shut down. But they nevertheless have got a branch in Pavilion

Always good service, meals, Guinness here. Special because of Adam, even though it has been some a few months he remembers my beverage and what I usually have te eat that is the exceptional Irish Stew and garlic loaf of bread.
