Importing alived Unagi through Japan and cook as a result. Better to attempt Japanese Unagi actually double cost from non-Japanese Unagi.

Was skeptical initially, but best decision actually! Obtain signature unajyu, watching reside unagi slaughtered and ready typically. Pricey, but definitely worthy of every buck. Pretty genuine.

This place soon became our favourite. Unagi here's fresh, moist and gentle with a hint of aromatic burnt charcoal on the edges. It’s this type of delicate delicacy which makes you are feeling content and happy.
