Importing alived Unagi through Japan and cook as a result. Better to attempt Japanese Unagi actually double cost from non-Japanese Unagi.

Was skeptical initially, but best decision actually! Obtain signature unajyu, watching reside unagi slaughtered and ready typically. Pricey, but definitely worthy of every buck. Pretty genuine.
