All three noodles stalls in Madras Lane offer curry laksa, assam laksa and pork noodles. I cautiously choose the largest part stall work by an obnoxious woman! My normal purchase is dried out loh shi enjoyable with just minced pork (no pork balls). Beware it willdrive up your cholesterol rate! The yong tau foo at the neighbouring stall can be excellent. But also for chee cheong enjoyable, the wall plug in Jalan Hang Lekir is definitely decidedly better. Food from the bygone era.

Actually I don’t know how the asam laksa can sell. The broth doesn’t have seafood bits so it’s simply the watery broth. They make use of canned sardines therefore putting them in to the bowl triggered the laksa to flavor like tomato sauce. Curry laksa wasokay but could possibly be thicker. Actually just not necessarily where for either or. Possibly won’t be back again / recommend. It’s only a place where individuals used to dine years ago and hasn’t transformed much. These owners are still really selfish and you also cannot order from the different store if you’re utilizing their table.

I have already been coming here almost weekly since 1999...it really is still among the best curry laksa inside kL. You can find 3 stalls marketing curry laksa here, I just patronise the center one, operated by 2 sisters.

We don't see what the fuss is focused on. A lot of cockles yes however the soup lacks the punch and Umami of Singapore, Penang as well as Sydney's Hunter St laksa. The environment are also Defer. It is a back lane close to a wet marketplace..Once the breeze blows wrong method.. Welcome the odor of poultry poo et al.

In the wet marketplace parallel to Petaling street. The laksa tasted great. Can get sizzling and humid in this location. But judging by the amount of people eating right here, it should be good.

I have been having their Curry Noodles with Pork Pores and skin since 40 years back but still came here to possess a meal once some time. Preferences of the Curry Broth adjustments through the generations which produced regular clients immune to it flavor and experienced acceptedit. But in all honesty, the Curry Broth is a lot thicker and creamier days past as they uses Refreshing Coconut Santan Milk as the style and elements remained the same. Nevertheless a group puller as normal times, waiting time is just about 20 - half an hour that is worth waiting to get a great Curry Noodles with Pork Epidermis. Limited seatings accessible which is one of the stall owner when you may chair at others areas but need to buy something from that stall. Parking is not a problem as close by those stalls, there is a parking space. Costs are very reasonable.

There’s only 3-4 stalls selling food right here. This is among the stall, offering Curry Mee & Asam Laksa. We purchased the Curry Mee, tasted excellent, very authentic with clean cockles. Soup had not been so thick, just good. The only problem was, walkingthrough the tiny lane, passing by those stalls selling potatoes🥔onions ... etc and pork🐷, chicke🐔... etc. so that it doesn’t smell nice.

It's the regular cravings of curry noodles that needs me to this basic unpretentious stall which includes been around for many years! Basic and the only real frills...the undenying taste!
