in my own previous comments couple of months back, i gave a large thumb up for the cafe ...but that has been a past glory..nowadays i brought my children for lunch..it had been worst..the waiter a little rude and this individual even demanded me personally to inform him why i dontwant any vegetables. .Omg..i simply smile. the worst part was at the payment counter. i tried to end up being helpful with the teller ..greet him nicely but he glared at me ..when i asked was there any Line Clear Restaurant within Kuala Lumpur ..once again he stared at me n rudely responded without..wow exactly like that. ..forget about warm customer support with like before. A straightforward lunch for 3 grownups and a youngster cost us RM92..exorbitant price. the restaurant a little dirty now. no more free car parking at LC..u need to pay rm2 each hour highly not really recommended for family gathering . Better head to Serai or various other expensive restaurant at the very least the purchase price is commensurate with the nice service, cozy atmosphere and various smoking area. Please avoid this eating place.BUT pelita cafe is better

If you actually want to experience among the neighborhood flavours, this restoran won't disappoint!! The Malaysian Mamak are usually Malaysians of Tamil Muslim origin (only a fyi for individuals who wouldn't understand)! This restoran because they contact it there provide a selection of dishesfrom rice to briyani, fried noodles, along with other delicious curries, like lamb, poultry, fish head, squid!! A lot of them wud become quite spicy! However the taste is actually nice and a large options of rotis to naan!! Worthy of giving it a go if u desire to go through the "mamak" food, among the malaysian favourites

We were cautious of the hype as this is actually the KL branch of the famous Nasi Kandar Range Free from Penang. So could this eating place surpass the 'legend'? So far as the foods is concerned, that is clearly a big YES!!! The Biryani ricewas tasty but what managed to get excellent was the mix of all of the curry gravies ('kuah banjir') that has been put into the rice. The blend initially looked alarmingly frightening but somehow, the flavours simply appeared to blend so nicely with the ideal level of spice and heat. We enjoyed the wealthy Mutton Curry. The mutton has been cooked perfectly; the meats was tender enough never to need a jaw workout however, not to the stage of disintegration upon contact. The seafood curry had been good; not really too sour and incredibly tasty, though the seafood did seem a little 'fishy'. The fried fish and fried squid were well-seasoned; just a little overcooked but this is typical for nasi kandar design of cooking. Also the fried veggies were tasty. We liked the ginger teas ('teh halia') that people ordered to go with the tea. The drinks weren't too sweet once we requested and there is good enough of ginger to provide that extra temperature to the creamy sweetness of the brewed tea. The service was good enough; we didn't encounter any rudeness or apathy. The waiters were really obliging whenever we deliberated over which desk to occupy. Drinks were offered promptly and the meals was dished and shipped as ordered. For food of the quality, the purchase price was pleasantly realistic. Lunch for three individuals comprising three generous servings or rice, mutton curry, seafood curry, fried squid, fried fish and a variety of veggies plus five servings of tea price us somewhat over RM56 (significantly less than US$13!). That felt like this type of value-for-money deal for this enjoyable meal. Overall, it had been a satisfying encounter. The fantastic food, good support and value-for-money prices will certainly entice us to revisit this cafe in the very forseeable future. If the specifications are maintained, it appears like we at the very least have a geniune nasi kandar eating place in KL that's as close as possible get to the well-known nasi kandar cuisine of Penang.
