Came with my children for lunch time (dimsum) on the Sunday afternoon, arrived and ordered by 1.20pm but food just came one hour afterwards (2.15pm). Whenever we informed the server to check on our order she simply replied with “OO”, once the food lastly arrived and point out we waited for one hour she mentioned “OO” once again……no apologies, nothing.Overall food was excellent, but also for such pricing, I'd expect better service.

Disappointed with the assistance. Waited 40 mins for the initial dish and another 20 minutes for another. Tea wasn’t getting refilled even though we've completed it. Reflected the problem to the program crew and manager. Despite the fact that their apology doesn’t appearance sincere, I am hoping they improve it later on. Food was okay but because of the delay in helping, we certainly didn't get to benefit from the food.

I think most probably this is actually the only Chinese eating place of an extravagance hotel that acts non halal dimsum in KL … meals is tasty, services is good…Individually love their Hakka fried rice probably the most 24/9/2022 back again here for lunchBlack garlic soup was great as usual.. however the Hakka fried rice high quality dropped a little this time.. uncertain what’s the problem however the flavor had been bland and lacking a little bit of the flavour that was previously …Service great as normal.. hopefully the product quality gonna be managed nicely..

Food and support were horrible. Not at all something you would anticipate of a Ritz cafe. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Came here for basic dinner. Used simple dishes electronic.g. nice and sour iberico pork, double boiled soup, mix fried vegetable, poultry and clay pot mapo tofu.

Honestly disappointed. We have there been for the dim sum. The majority of what we purchased were mostly typical. Fried Carrot Cake & porridge was great though. The others was just so therefore especially as its quite pricey. We waited very long aswell for the very first few dishes once we were most likely the 1st couple of customers. We were furthermore charged wrongly ( overcharged ) that they corrected, but proceeded to lose out charging us for the tea & the bill needed to be amended once again. Air-con was also too cool in the eating place. Will undoubtedly be our last visit sadly.

Quite disappointed the product quality dropped very significantly when compared to last time we found patron. The radish cake was too soft because of an excessive amount of water. Yee mee braised with crabmeat was furthermore quite bland. Can’t flavor the sweetness for the soup. Remaining dimsum are simply average. The only real dish that has been still good was the Hokkien style fried rice. Really hope they are able to improve on the tatse as it’s actually getting tougher to obtain a top quality dimsum place.
