They offer 3 types of broth which are the signature “Fireball Szechaun” broth, double-boiled clear soup and double boiled yam and herbal broth. Found within the winding walkways of the Grand Millennium Hotel sits Lai Ching Yuen (荔晶园), a Cantonese-style Chinese eatery, famous for its dim sum fare. We had the double boiled yam and herbal (angelica) broth which was rich and tasty; burst with the flavours of angelica (dong quai).

Tin this location are no trolley, so you order of the Ala carte or buffet menu. Dim Sum buffet@78nett, steamed fresh to order by industriously working chefs. We ❤️ the bamboo steamers that houses doughy parcels of happiness adore generously stuffed Har Gow and Siu Mai + meal of silky pork cheong fun. It was really delightful and couldn’t stop myself for more helpings of the soup.
