Meals is acceptable. Tapa will be juicy, kinilaw is okay. Sisig and embutido are excellent. But lumpia is small!! Also, saw the girl used her bare fingers transferring shaved ice for my halo halo. Eww.

Tokwa't baboy will be my best favorite! Crispy pata may be the 2nd on my list. Both of these have a standard denominator - the rockstar mix of vinegar, soy sauce, labuyo and everything fine. Delish!

buffet is on every Fri! The Rice and meals type. So it is not the most common buffet at dining places or hotel. Foods is great. U have to be early to obtain a seat on Fridays.

The kinilaw is fantastic with rice, a Filipino ceviche. Kalderata poultry tasted like something out of a Chinese cafe. A very familiar flavor for me personally. The coconut shake includes vanilla ice cream.
