I cannot believe I've never heard about KIKUBARI before these days. I was impressed as soon as I walked into the second I ate my food. Each and every bite was perfection. Each and every sip was a flavor of heaven. The group was very accomodating,incredibly cheerful and friendly. That is definitely my preferred Japanese dining spot to come to. The meals served right here isn't the original Japanese cuisine that might be. Prepared to perfection and excellent contrast of consistency, the crunchy scales contrary to the moist delicious seafood. Ordinary people hardcore carnivores proceeded to go for the Wagyu Steak, which for me is done so excellent here. Flawlessly seasoned, beautifully charred and prepared perfectly at medium rare. We finished with 2 desserts, one of that was specially prepared for the Birthday celebration Girl. Another, we proceeded to go for the zesty Yuzu Meringue Tart. All in all, an extremely enjoyable, satisfying and delightful night time.

Been here many times through the years and unfortunately that the typical of food as of this place went down dramatically. Let’s focus on the positives: - Service continues to be great - Ambience is nice Negatives: - The meals. The once incredible andsoft ebi sando had been tough (the bread was as well crunchy and the ebi had not been smooth). The avocado tempura has been also different then before - texture was gentle and pieces had been smaller than usual. Overall it had been a disappointing vacation. Bring Chef June back again! This place was amazing before and must become revived if it really wants to stay in business.
