Just how it works here's very questionable. There exists a lady who appears to run the entire present. She will take the orders, so when food happens of the kitchen, it'll be shown to her initial before being sent to the tables. Wellthis isn't the problem, however when it involves bill settlement, items are performed manually, calculated one at a time and there is absolutely no POS program which really can make the billing questionable regarding the accuracy and real more than enough we were wrongly billed. The menu is great and there are lots of selections. Food sensible it was ok however the unagi roll tasted the most severe i had, and services was slow but that's what happens when it's poorly ran.

Had been there for lunch time with loved ones. Waiters were quick to take orders however the meals took lengthy to come. Basic noodles, garlic fried rice and chawan mushi got longer ahead than set foods. Even with I complained concerning the lengthy wait around to thewaiters they didn't apologize to me but rather shouting amongst themselves concerning the confusion of orders. Food quality was alright but I definitely didn't enjoy the wait around. Will certainly not return and may likely recommend almost every other Japanese cafe in the vicinity except this.

The meals portion is generous for Benton set and filled with all category of the meals pyramid. Refreshing shasimi, succulent beef and tempura had been made perfect. Not really oily at all. Service has been friendly and accommodating. Is worth a go in case you are in midvalley.

Good atmosphere and wonderful Japanese deco. Meals was reasonably cost and of good regular. Staff in attendance had been attentive.

Chanced on this Jap restnt from Mid Valley KL, right close to Macintosh at L3. The menus is extensive, once we were not v starving, we ordered just 2 aburi salmon, teriyaki poultry established and grilled saba seafood. Saba seafood is the best, epidermis iscrispy from grill, meats is tender. All of those other products are mediocre. Teriyaki poultry is like v slim fried lemon poultry fillet. Whilst we just like the fried garlic chips sprinkled on the garlic fried rice, the rice lacks the fragrance of an excellent fried rice. There are several more items in the menu which we didn't try, hopefully they're much better, once we do just like the atmosphere - they will have quite a few low tables with hollow bottom, provides place a v Jap feel.

The meals was worth the purchase price, and the choices are very extensive. And we attempted natto for the very first time, as well. This place is a preferred of mine for a long time, and though this is my first visit over time I'm gladthe food quality have not deteriorated.

Indicate to out the decision button than us strolling to get the server for the request A female dressin kimono are actually professional . Worst dining knowledge I've experienced. Visited on 26/05/2022 around 12pm, and the restaurant had not been crowded and just had another four or five 5 small tables. Assistance had been TERRIBLE and SLOW. We waited for nearly 30-40 mins for 4 meals, whereas the 1 of these wascold soba which may be cooked rapidly, and another dish with natural salmon, so essentially only 2 meals to prepare (burger and beef don). We also ordered ice lotion at the start alongside the main meals and asked to assist it by the end. But before completing the meal we informed the waiter he could serve the ice lotion after 15mins wait around the ice cream nevertheless didn't come. The server informed us that the ice lotion had not been frozen.. Almost 1 entire hour to get ready for ice cream rather than even frozen???? Ultimately, we simply canceled it and still left.. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. For the green tea extract, if not enough personnel to refill can just depart the whole jug up for grabs as other Japanese eating place does. Only one 1 server functioning and had this type of hard time searching for a refill and only reach beverage 2 cups which price RM 4!! Just what a rip-off!!!! Besides that, obtaining charged 10% service charge once the service is really a DISGRACE! Such poor and slow provider for this expensive restaurant. Also Sushi Zanmai along with other Japanese restaurants have significantly more going to staff and quicker food service. The bill had not been even properly itemized, and we'd trouble knowing the price tag on the dish we ordered once we were splitting the bill!
