Actually dissapointed with the taste of fried chicken. Very different taste. Management should do something. I apology to the staffs but i must say that the flavor had not been kfc taste

Very awful taste and old poultry، in addition they don't provide juice straws! Therefore i need to drink the fruit juice with ice straight from the glass without straws

Waiting time a little scary hehehe... not really their fault that the positioning with ample car parking is just too easy for passer bys and locals from encircling areas.Car parking: Ample! But its a occupied area ye!

Very awful service. Waited a lot more than half an hour for my food simply snack plate and zinger package. Won't come here once again. I can start to see the poultry in the warmer.

Just for your details, this KFC branch is handled simply by deaf mute staffs. Therefore take note while conversation. Or simply order through the display screen to avoid difficulties. Overall the program is most beneficial even it had various staffs. They offer great hospitality. 10/10

Service could definitely end up being better but it isn't staff's fault.Management must make certain staffs are good trained and organized.The complete place was havok and I waited for nearly one hour for my chicken.The staffs with specific requirements were definitely under plenty of stress and frustration due to the poor management.Wish they'll improve this soon.#proudtoserve

KFC kt sini dikendalikan oleh OKU. Selalu jumpa McD je tapinya kalini KFC, kaunter pun OKU yg deal with. Terima kasih KFC menghargai golongan ini. Layanan mmg bagus Xde apa yg kurang mcm org biasa je. 5 bintang.Yg Xbest adalah oder latte ais, rasa mcm ais kosong je. Therefore korang kalau nk beli nescaffe baik batalkan ya, craving kopi dan ayam goreng pedas nk cari mcCafe jauh singgah la kfc tapinya air flow tu.. sadis. Kalau Xboleh nk sediakan atmosphere yg sedap jgn jual sb memburukkan imej KFC. Pandangan ikhlas dr sy harapnya dpt dibaiki. TQ xde
