this my 2nd time and energy to this KFC,again no ice ,u guys have to stroll to 99 speedmart n get some good ice cube there/ ..not really definately not your KFC ..in exactly the same building.

Sad case. When you can provide a make an effort to another fried poultry outlet, please achieve this.KFC Gurney Mall experience:1. Overall gradual in assistance2. At peak period, lunchtime, the cashier is similar to a newbie. Continue discussing senior or outlet supervisor. The administration should stationed an event cashier during such time period.3. No hot beverages - eg. Espresso.4. The staff aren't displaying any emphaty to clients waiting in lengthy queue.I have to say that I've the similar experience, two times, in KFC at Wangsa Melawati. Sad sad unfortunate.
