8.30pm last call... forget about chicken, just meatballs pasta and aspect dish... their meals are tasteless, most severe krr branch ever.. forget about the next time.. yucks and sucks

The supervisor or the main one at the cashier was extremely rude. The web order system sucks. Foods was tasteless. KKR much better take action quick or this branch will simply bungkus.

I am wondering what's the service cost had charged for?! Questioned customers to scan menus and spend at counter. Staff members who served me up to now ok. Others Staffs seated ,chitchatting. The meals actually quite dissatisfied, I purchase spaghetti with cheese sauce and poultry slide , the meals colour is plain, poultry is dry, very little appetite to consume.
