Food was actually good however the first-time I ordered, I asked for chicken kebab and fries plus they forgot to include the fries to my order. So, I returned around order the fries. The cashier acted enjoy it was a burden to create some fries for all of us. Right after paying, we sat there for a quarter-hour directly after we finished our kebab looking forward to our fries....works out this business didn’t even tell the cooks concerning the order. After a few years, one guy realized we were waiting and asked if anyone was cooking our fries. Each of them looked at one another clueless. We walked out when they poured fries in to the oil. They probably need the four dollars a lot more than we did. Bad service will destroy a small business regardless if the meals is good or not.

Quality of service transpired drastically within the last few months, even though, prices went up. It feels as though a fresh management took over with a mission to be always a research study of what never to do in the FnB industry.

Bad food quality and bad service. There is absolutely no plate and utensils to utilize yet they charge reduced. Just what a waste of money and time. Never recommend this place. Booooo!

Worse food ever. We'd been their regular customers and given that they expanded their seating to first floor the product quality has been drastically decreased. The meals has become substandard, prices has increased around 7 ringgits per meal and the portions have grown to be small!! The worse part is, before that they had an ultra courteous staff and because of which we loved to go and eat there. However now they dont bother to entertain, and when they do, they're rude as anything. Wont recommend this place

Bad service, poor food less quantity and incredibly expensive because of this small level of food with suprisingly low quality. Very bad service even while junk food its too bad compared to the other sort of restaurants

I don’t mind paying my meal abit more costly compared to the others but what made me so disappointed was the service. I waited long time for my drink that is just a pepsi so when the staff served it, he just threw the straw up for grabs. The impoliteness of the staff made me really sick. The area is really a mess upstairs. So many tables left uncleaned. Really disappointed!
