We wanted to have an excellent authentic plate of ramen and predicated on previous testimonials via google lookup, we decided to go to Kanbe Ramen. As shared by additional reviewers, there is a significant significant queue/waiting time therefore we planned to go to therestaurant on a Tuesday. We attained the restaurant around 15 mins before it’s procedure hours and there is already two groups of 2 pax and 4 pax inside the queue. We had been promptly given the menus and purchase chits to positioned our orders. We ordered a 5-item Volcano Karaage (RM20) and Crispy Ebi Fritters (RM24) seeing that appetizers, the Shiro Ramen and AKA Ramen (RM31.20 each). One can pick the richness of the soup foundation, firmness of the noodles, toppings and sauce. We opted ours with Chasu. The waitress found all of us in the queue to make sure we checked inside our Mysejahtera apps. At 11am, the waitress began assigning and brought the families with their seating. When it had been our switch, we were requested whether we desired the desk seating or bar seating. Initially we chosen the table seating so when soon once we were taken to the desk seating, we transformed our minds to obtain a bar seating because the desk seating were with restricted social distancing that was too near for comfort inside our opinions. The waitress could help make the seating adjustment swiftly and we were pleased to choose the bar seating because the air was significantly cooler when compared to table seating area whilst we could actually watch your kitchen crews prepare the meals. Our appetizers were served slightly below 10 mins directly after we were seated and accompanied by our ramen subsequently. The Volcano Karaage has been well-spiced, flavorful and the thousand island sauce complimented the dish. Although 1 from the 5 parts that I ate had been slightly undercooked, my hubby enjoyed his talk about. The Crispy Ebi Fritters had been nicely battered and crunchy. Are you aware that Ramen, both forms of soup bottom had been flavorful and the noodles firmness has been cooked perfectly to your liking. Nevertheless, the Chasu was somewhat bland and we'd much would rather have the same part of Chasu offered in thinner cuts. The full total bill was RM106.40. Overall, we were content with our first knowledge at the eating place. Both kitchen crews and services crews were attentive, properly trained and pleasurable. We have been hopeful that the cafe could continue steadily to maintain and continue the good efforts with regards to its food high quality and services.

Greatest ramen ever. Delicious melt in the mouth area pork with a broth to complement. The spicy poultry and kakuni side meals certainly are a must order but unfortunately my eyes are larger than my stomach and I couldn’t finish everything. Staff really friendly and anice open up kitchen to start to see the magic in the making
