Like others discussed earlier it's a chirpy cafe; the waiters dancing. We went to the main one in Pavilion Mall for lunch time. The set lunch menus comes with cheaper products but with an inferior serving part of course. As soon as we went in to the restaurant werealized all of the booths are exhausted. This was a shock to us. Provided the high meal price it's charging we barely believe the indegent maintenance; especially that one is situated in Pavilion Mall!!

First drop set for burgers and was totally dissatisfied with the portion, presentation and service. I guess the employees had a great time decorating the tomato sauce on the burger plate(maybe dance while plating). Took awhile for orders to reach and not at all the placeto dine on a spending budget.

I ate right now there with my 6 yrs . old child. I ate a burger and half an hour later I was therefore sick. It was horrible and I was only with my girl. I had in which to stay my hotel area for just two 2 days due to thisburger. Be careful

Several items in the menu "unavailable". Waiter had not been friendly at all rather than service minded. Foods took lengthy and I was presented with the wrong food initially, waiter didn't apologise. Fries weren't salted at all - why? Food in any other case was quitegood but because of the poor provider and management of the place I will not return.

Let's not pretend, this place is really a little pricy inside Kuala Lumpur regular but I still benefit from the American diner environment. Food is delicious as usual and like the milkshake. Waiters will perform dances if you value to view them. There are various branches allover KL.
