Busy street! Some eating areas have got beggars and buskers out leading. I actually ate at the Tiger eating place. I didn’t believe the meals was that great however the vibe in the pub made up for this.

We had study a whole lot about Eat St also it truly does surpass its title! Jalan Alor is really a lengthy extend of street lined with dining places and meals stalls on both sides that becomes an enormous night market each night. There arethe normal annoying cafe touts but in the event that you look previous these to who's in fact eating and where they're eating at, you'll soon number out where in fact the good spots are. We sampled wantons, prawns, pork, chicken, vegetables, and rice...all little portions so we're able to try a little bit of everything. No spicy for small children was ok once we requested chilli in soy sauce privately to appeal to adult tastes. Clean this down with several beers and carbonated drinks and came experienced a feast that price us RM180 or around A$60. Decor will be tacky cheap plastic material chairs & tables nevertheless, you come for the neighborhood flavours and atmosphere! Program was lightning quick. You could carry out stick bbq meat pieces and eat for a lot less but we treated ourselves and for me it had been worth every cent! Pleased to suggest to others. Enjoy!

This street is crucial see section of KLCC but at evening. It is extremely live and dynamic location. You can find mostly non halal meals. Consuming pandane cake at Pandan Leaf eating place is strongly recommended.

Visited KL for 5 days in September 2019. We stayed walking length from Jalan Alor, and acquired dinner here twice. In summary the road is quite busy and food suppliers are persistent in attempting to convince passers by to consume at their dining places. There area large amount of tourists and several stalls/ restaurants- It is advisable to consider what cuisine you might like to eat prior to going down as the options could be overwhelming. The initial evening we ate here, we ate from the cart/ stall - these things were overpriced, served cold. The next night we ate in one of the somewhat established restaurants. This is much better. The menus at these dining places include a wide selection of choices from Chinese, Malay and Vietnamese. The prices is reasonable. Having just result from Penang, where all of us ate plenty of meals from street vendors all of us were excited to notice what KL had in order to provide- if you are searching for delicious street foods- It is advisable to don’t eat through stall/ cart holders upon Jalan Alor. Supply the restaurants on the road a go, because they seem to possess the higher selection of food.

This street combines among the best road food with tourist traps. I took a foods tour down this road with a local man who demonstrated me where you can eat and that which was proper Malaysian food. If you don’t desire to take a food guideline,my advise would be to absolutely steer clear of the big dining places with hawkers encouraging one to eat right now there. I noticed the most effective places didn’t have chair in the street tripping you up no one waving a menus in that person as you walked by

Good selection of food, quick service. We ordered Poultry satay, Singapore noodles and some other dishes. Overall good taste, good price. Street sellers should come and sell at your desk as it's on open up road, however, not that much trouble

Great spot to visit at night for dinner as well as just snacks - I would recommend walking the complete street checking out what's available - stall staff will need one to chose their location but resist it'll be worthwhile - lotsof eastern cuisines Thia, Chinese Indonesian and Malaysian to say several - we needed the famed Chili Crab - the initial stop had costly specials the next, where we ate, had great priced regular menu fare, huge crabs with sizzling spicy sauce - mmnn - set off check it out you wont regret your visit
