The Sarawak laksa here's served with medium vermicelli noodles, that have been springy, had a good thickness to it, and broke well with a clamp of the chopsticks. The broth had been creamy, with a moderate spicy sambal broth bottom. The huge prawns served had been juicyand bouncy. The shredded poultry were still tender rather than dry, which is a significant feat alone. What really increases the experience may be the sambal and lime that has been served privately, remember to require more. One of the higher ones out there. • *Only on weekends*
