Hui Lau Shan is about the mango! They will have a huge selection of mango desserts, from mango jelly, to mango ice-cream, from what I think is really a mango mochi. Needless to say, these desserts tend to be topped with some reduce mangoes along with other fruits. Some despite having sago. My buddies and I went insane considering the menu, not due to all of the mangoes, but because we didn't know what to purchase. We had been spoiled for choice. Ultimately, we went for something cooling and purchased this chilly mango jelly with a scoop of mango ice-cream in the centre and some new mangoes and tapioca around it. It had been an extremely cooling dessert and most of us proceeded to go "ahh...." on our scoop. I could tell they use refreshing mangoes to get their dessert. I'm not completely surprise should they do since they pride themselves to make desserts as healthful as dessert could be.
