Very old restaurant across the heart of KL. I discovered this place when i wanted lunch with a pal and it had been a nice surprise. It’s very uncommon to find this kind of home prepared meal flavor in restaurants nowadays. The sweet& sour chicken was nicely done. Poultry was tender in conjunction with the sauce has been so good. My just gripe had been the sauce given has been too little. Just a one fourth of the plate. Vegetables were fresh rather than too oily. Overall it had been an excellent experience here. Car parking is often a challenge though therefore unless you’re working close by you’re less inclined to brave the visitors to dine here. Nevertheless, if you’re the adventurous website type, perform consider taking the general public transport because the Masjid Jamek LRT station is approximately 200m walk away.

Revisit after a very long time. This time emerged here for lunch time with several friends. So, in a position to order several dishes, rather than only a dish best for 1 person. Since you can find 8 folks, we sat upstairs as you can find bigtables, which is best for a small band of 10 pax per desk. We ordered a heavy fried seafood with assam gravy, the heavy fried platter with mayonnaise, stir fry veggie with garlic, pork ribs, and things beancurd with vegetable. We have there been early, so our purchase came quite quick. If we came just a little past due, we would need to wait a little more time before our order has been served. Food is actually good, and affordable. By the time it had been 12.15pm, this location is already complete, both downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs is principally for single individuals or a band of 2-4 individuals, where one would need to share table. As they are situated in downtown, in case you are driving, have to find parking area about 500 meters from this place. Nevertheless, it's rather a challenge as almost all of that time period would be full. Far better get the LRT and obtain down at Masjid Jamek station and stroll to this place.

Very first, we had a pal who had allergies and we told the girl that we couldn't possess that allergen within the dish. The captain happily required their order so when the dish arrived it seemed that everything included that allergen. These folks obviously donot take allergic reactions seriously. So, in case you have food allergy symptoms, usually do not patronage this place. Also it didn't help that whenever my friend asked that which was it in she replied Oh, it only includes a little it! It must be okay la.... brushing her off. Price was great too. The Indo personnel are very proficient at cross marketing dishes too !

Situated on Jalan Tun H.S. Lee, simply off Jalan Tun Perak, very near Masjid Jamek LRT Station. This place appears like its already been in the household for generations, I wager the walls could inform some tales! I sat downstairs, when i was alone, andit has been mid afternoon, but there's an air conditioned space upstairs for larger organizations and the lunch hurry. No fancy menus in the center of the afternoon right here, only a hand written table on the walls indicating what's (maybe) on the market. Beef, Pork, Poultry, Seafood, Noodles, Rice, you obtain the image (They do involve some menu pictures up as well). The multi generational employees are friendly, and meals comes quickly. For an instant late lunch, I purchased a Char Kway Teow, that was basic, but fairly tasty - no cockles or some other seafood inside it, just pork, veggies and lard. The sambal offered privately was perfectly. Most the meals items obtainable when I was you can find significantly less than MYR 10, but apparently they execute a busy lunch hr, so there should be a more substantial (and pricier) choice upstairs.

This restaurant is gd if you are hungry and in a position to choose dishes well. I proceeded to go with my chinese buddy who likes the laundry there. The surroundings is friendly and comfortable. The waiting time isn't that long.

The meals here was excellent however, having less a menu and the waiter/owner recommending dishes on which you say you liked (we got a dish predicated on liking chicken). I did so find this instead weird and you also didnt know the costs of thedishes when purchasing. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.
