Signature mixian with roasted goose has been a disappointment. The meats had a rancid essential oil flavor. The noodles and soup had been ok though.

Pan fried pork buns have become great. Sze Chuan spicy noodles had been very tasty too!

The fried ‘bao’ is quite unique. Much like xiao loong bao but is really a fried version. Test it out for. And cautious when biting it since it has broth inside it.

I can’t see/flavor the shrimp at all plus they explain it’s been chop finely as well as pork filling. (image for illustration purpose just) kinda dissatisfied with this!
