This restaurant is our favourite if we come in Kuala Lumpur. Their Tim Sum and foods is excellent. Prices are reasonable as well.

Was invited for lunch time at Hee Lai Ton final month. Surprised by their lunch bundle with the part they offered (its Huge !) and price not really exceeding RM 300 for 10 Pax. Foods is okay although i see them somewhat oily and salty.

Food is good. Service is atrociously poor. Servers/Waiters have become rude, throwing the laundry while watching visitors. Severely understaffed, and the await food took a long time. They are struggling to handle the capability crowd.

My children ordered the set lunch time which includes 2 basket of dimsum, selection of fish, meats and veggie. Waited for some time and when questioned the captain, only then your dimsum was offered. Waited once again and slowly the veggie, meat and finally the fishwas served. Rather than a quick lunch time, it dragged till a lot more than 45 miniutes. right after paying, noted many tables were furthermore waiting to be offered. Food is good however the staff's support was inadequate and needed to be reminded several times for the meals to be serve.

excellent dim sum. the seafood golf ball, prawn dumplings etc. all extremely delicious. nevertheless the service certainly has plenty of room for improvement.
