Like why is a soup not hot🙁. At one point I thought am I eating steak? Miso soup was not hot as well.

Ramen was alright. Cold and disgusting food, bad service, the pork cutlet I ordered arrived in less than 10 minutes, I guess they just microwave it though however the pork is stone cold🤮. Like why is a soup not hot.
