They serve good food & service. Despite the fact that the dishes aren't 100% Hakka nonetheless it is still tasty. The one thing the restaurant have to improve is :- 1. Communication during reservation, we have been several 10 pax, and the restaurant informed usthat because of the current Covid19 MCO a desk of 10 pax isn't allowed therefore we will need to put into 2 tables, consequently all the dishes need to be x2, some typically common sharing food can't be serve in various table. Consequently I'd made an array of selection predicated on each individual's choice and decide who take a seat on which table so the restaurant can function the proper dish to the proper person. On your day of event, among us couldnt ensure it is and the pax decreased to 9 pax. The restaurant then said we're able to take a seat on the same desk and cancelled the meals I ordered previously, we will need to spend at the very least 10mins to re-go for the dish. Whats the various between needing to have a 9 seaters & 10 chairs on a single table? 2. Sequence of serving the meals is not to be able, the restaurant appears like rushing into everything, 4-5 dish being function simultaneously. It is a conventional Chinese cafe that serve Chinese meals that is suppose ought to be in orders, however the eating place will be rushing it, which produced the desk having insufficient area to place on even more dish, and the waiter & waitress are usually rushing us to complete our foods in order to rush out for another foods aswell. Lol These are the two 2 details that would have to be improve, shall visit once again. But suggest to dual & triple verify with the reservations since they always have serious conversation breakdown between your reservations & your kitchen.

We always check out Hakka when around. It's a great location for groups because of large table dimension and family style foods. Meals is tasty and affordable. Service is fantastic, personnel have become attentive and refill beverages quickly. Hakka is in an excellent location, right close to Pavillion.

We walked set for dinner without the reservation and was informed by the Chinese man who was simply at the front end entrance they are fully booked. He was thus snobbish and didn't respond whenever we asked if we ought to book for following day dinnervisit. His rudeness reaches an unacceptable level so when we told him off he retaliated through the use of foul language. Embarrassing to state my visitors who have been here on summer vacation was aghast in his behaviour. Looks like we'd not be going to this restaurant anytime soon or from all since it was our first-time wanting to try Hakka cuisine.

After flying for 36 hours into Malaysia, we made a decision to pop to have dinner once we were on a layover at Equatorial Kuala Lumpur for another little while, we were dropped off at the cafe & was rudely greeted by way of a Chineseman at the entrance indicating that there’s room because of it’s being completely booked. We check out inquire politely if we're able to location a reservation for the very next day, we were shocked he shouted with profanity as if we'd offended him; our bodyguards intervene & he previously the audacity to concern us to a battle out. Will be this how your eating place treat foreign visitors? You employ thugs for the front office. I'd strongly not advocate your cafe to my fellow countryman whom will be visiting Malaysia to actually eat at your house.

Was there very last Saturday with my children and the food a little salty plus they put lots of MSG. Really thirsty following the meal. Are you aware that Chinese man in the front, you must learn how to deal with him. Overall, food and serviceis typical. Got my meals in short time. AM I GOING TO go 2nd time? Most likely not unless invited by buddies or colleagues.
