Need to come here earlier. Otherwise may need to wait quite a long time for your purchase to be served. Don't assume all dish, including their specialized on crabs, are great. The majority are just average. Their signature dish is lovely hot chilli crab, where need to askfor extra gravy. The gravy will go perfectly with toasted bread. Price wise... it really is pricey.

This is the first-time going after a long time to Hai Peng. I'm very dissatisfied with the hygiene of the place. Rats were working on the roof, on the floor & several flies. If this is actually the situation in the dining region, I dare notimagine the problem in the kitchen. Lovely & sour crab is our favourite here, had it again & it wasn't as effective as we remembered it. Forget about Hai Peng for me personally!

Visited the retaurant with buddies among whom was a normal at the cafe. The seafood was incredible specifically the ubiquitous crab. My pal purchased the plates for all of us everyone which was great. The staff were excellent and have there been for uswhenever we beckoned despite the fact that the area was packed. Overall an extremely satisfying seafood meal.

The food isn't that tasty rather than nice. But the cost is expensive. The area is also not so clean and cooking area is dirty. Not really recommended to visit

Our son brought people to the place as he previously tried the cuisine before after some duration ago. We went set for dinner early also it was loaded to the brim in under around 30 minutes. Mud Crabs were the highlightof this eatery. Once we were not acquainted with their menus, our boy placed an purchase of these Butter Garlic Crabs, their speciality tofu, some of Fried Beehoon, a vegetarian yam basket and a bowl of spicy sizzling clams. The expenses came up to nearly Rm280 which includes a bottle of Skol beer. Even for 8 small bits of their homemade tofu costed us Rm18.00! Tastewise their food was typical but terribly expensive!!!!

Come here regarding the crab. Apparently butter poultry is good here as well. Don't expect an excessive amount of from the service. However the ambience. It is a simple place. However, come for the crabs. This is a crab house after-all.

Had supper with friends within Hai Peng. Foods is tasty and it’s reasonably cost. Ambience is standard of an area restaurant. Meals is freshly prepared and flavor so authentic. Cafe is among the oldest in KL. Never to be missed when inside KL.

Inexpensive price, but portion quite much less compare to restaurant close by. They hv bad providers whenever thr are a lot of clients. We requested to improve a mug bcos it had been crack whn the scorching tea pour in, the girl owner said "this glass can't consider hottea geh, u shouldn't pour the very hot tea straight into the cup". My children obtain shock whn she mentioned like this, we ordered warm tea bt they gv us the beer mug, nw she blame us for busting her glass??? Not an appologies, she get rid of the cup & didn't replace a fresh cup for us. Period flies & we questioned for refill tea, all employees have been working at the trunk and the lady proprietor maintain chating with her normal client at the counter & disregard us. Gosh, we hv to hold back until our dish already been serve and have the personnel to gv us a fresh cup & help refill tea. It had been very dissapointed since im the main one who suggest this eating place for family supper, tried their food several instances bt this is actually the worst service mindset i get. Furthermore, because of full house, that is cny dish we'd.

Greatest chilli crab that We tried for a long period. Pretty generous in garlic, ginger, shallot to help make the chilli crab tasty. Far better opt for roti bakar, we purchased twice. Ginger & wines Lala, must order aswell, tasty and good dimension lala. Otherdishes are okay. So for me personally, the chilli crab and lala are usually sufficient! Will definitely keep coming back again.
