Staff attitude is reduced, the music playing there's sucks! Playing rock and rough songs. Serving the espresso not with a peace of little chocolate.

Bad connection with having my afternoon tea at Godiva KLCC, We ordered a signature cake, the cake have rancid taste, have a closer look of the cake and realise the cake got mould. How will you assist the cake without examining. Obviously can inform thecake storage for most days. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Following the terrible experience survive time, I needed to check should they start helping unspoilt cakes, therefore i headed to Godiva in KLCC on 8 April 2022 around 8:37 pm. Ordered 1 slide of chocolate cake ,in triangle shape they retain in the chiller(start to see the photo) plus some pralines. When I started eating , I realised the cake was super old ! The mousse was too elastic , the Biscuit in the bottom was too soggy, the mousse were like blocks of cheddar cheese in brown colour, too stiff. I actually touched on the glacage , it had been like rubber. We brought it to cashier desk , and showed them , they viewed me like We was alien and I actually pressed my finger about the cake showing them , do you know what I pressed in the cake until it had been pressed by fifty percent but my hands was clean , since it was like footwear rubber They didn't even apologise ! They wanted to provide another cake , I mentioned “yes alright if it’s edible) They gave me another old cake nonetheless it was edible Furthermore the praline (Orangette) was old , within was moldy with green ) I just left I will not create a mistake ahead here anymore , maybe limited to soft serve ice lotion because it’s hard to mess it up Owners must inspect this location by mailing some mystery shopper

Tried 3 various Godiva cakes - these were EXCELLENT! Specifically the chocolate one with the tiny macaron at the top!

Great spot to relax while shopping. Experienced a Yummy ice chocolate with wonderful sights of the courtyard. Great decoration with stacked chocolate boxes

I came here searching for a location to read and revel in a sit down elsewhere. The area looked inviting, with good comfy chairs. Unfortunately, the service was really bad. The employees were instead rude. I purchased my espresso and requested for individual shot, which wasacknowledged. The coffee arrived, and I inquired of the staff to verify this. He abruptly mentioned all their espresso was dual shot. I described that I am prohibited double shots because of health factors - the waiter rolled his eye, rudely stated 'you don't need this?' and just walked off. I wasn't even sure easily will receive a replacement glass. I did, which was plonked up for grabs. Am uncertain if it had been still double shot therefore i didn't finish the beverage. I won't keep coming back here once again. And goodbye to Godiva chocolates. A lot of other brand names and great cafes to get a cuppa.
