I really like their tuktuk noodles- not wantan mee at all, like I found a whole lot blogger reviews on-line. Noodles are make al Dante , but somewhat dry. Should they could give a soup privately will be great or should they might use alittle wetter sauce. I tried both the whitened sauce( the Hakka mee kind sauce) or even dark sauce. I favor the darkish sauce as it’s even more ketchupy for my noodles. The whitened sauce are usually on the oily aspect, seem noodles combine with shallot essential oil and best with fried shallot. Don’t enjoy the oily experience on my lips after 1slurp Fried wantan are usually yummy and crunchy rather than oily. However the stew chicken foot could use an extended cooking. Same applies to the stew poultry leg. Place it in stress cooker or something , therefore the flavors tend to be more immerse in to the meat. Because the chicken leg meats are small tasteless and bland. The spinach noodles are nice too. Like they reach mix and complement the side dishes, and you will increase the noodles for RM0.99, because the noodles are usually small for small eater. Will visit once again because of their herbal soup dumplings noodles.
