I loved the display of the appetisers (infant cuttlefish and duck rillettes), and our mains of the scallops and brief rib had been exquisite. The desserts had been flawless as well - very genuine French flavoursand textures. The services staff were hot, inviting, and mindful of our needs as well. We wish to make reference to Abu who took excellent care of us! We accompanied our whole dinner with two bottles of Côté Mas Crémant which went perfectly with the dishes. Excellent dinner yesterday evening but program was somewhat tentative. - opt for btl of white wines and were told 10mn later on that it had been not available!
