Another coffee place in strategic location....Personally, I don't quite like their coffee as it tasted a bit quite bitter plus the price is not so optimistic when comparing to so many other cafe that opened within the mall ....😂😂Besides coffee, this cafe also serve some dessert which they called it gourmet cakes and also homemade sandwich.....they had failed me with their coffee so didn't really want t go for the snack/ dessert😷😷Note that the seating for this cafe is quite limited sometimes so you might want to try your luck if u have a big crowd who wish to conduct your hangout session.....One of the thing that imorssed me was their service as I find that Staff are quite attentive and helpful👍👍maybe I had visited at the time where they have less customer so they can focus on serving me?😂😂Check out sometimes when they have half price promo and let me know how u feel?😅😅

Eight ounce has more holes than a swiss cheese, while I do love their artisan coffee offerings , and yes it is a proper coffee that they serve here,but their service is colder than the winter in Antartica and their prices considerably higher than most artisan coffee shops in Kuala Lumpur. The pull factor for eight ounce at KLCC is their location, probably the few or only artisan roasters within this mall, extremely handy for those who are allergic to generic coffee such as Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Gloria Genes. Their latte is RM 13 here when most places with the same quality charges it at RM 10/11, and their Piccolo is RM 11, when most places charges it at RM 9. This price reference is my way of saying the coffee here is overpriced. But for the foreigner visiting KL or staying within KLCC and not sure of the place and its whereabouts, this place is good enough for you and probably a bargain.I had their Piccolo and Latte, and yes it was quite tasty. Both coffee was bold, aromatic, and the espresso was properly made, the crema was very strong, and the coffee was slightly bitter, yet not overwhelming, the right kind of bitter and strength I need in a freshly brew coffee. Not going to talk much about their dessert and fresh pastries, but they do look good, and their chocolate danish was quite tasty. Their service needs a little help with sugar, spice and everything nice. The service was like a robot, lack of personality and a welcoming disposition. I really feel that the place needs its staff to be trained to work more efficiently too. It seems that they can be quite slow during rush hour. I do like that they have complimentary water for drinking, and they have small table seats or a bar seating area for individuals.

Let's get real for a minute. There is so many cafes now all over KL, while you guys might stand out in location and design. There is much work to do with the actually coffee. It's very bitter and sour for my liking, it might be cause by the single origin that Malaysian so call "inTrend" now. It's still needs to be pulled properly.Like the display of bakery foods and truffles and yogurts.

Coffee is good, price is on the expensive side probably due to the rent in klcc. Staff could be more warmer though. Definitely feel like they take advantage of the fact that they are the only artisan coffee within klcc mall.

BEST artisan coffee in klcc. sure their prices are slightly higher, but it never disappoints. the waiters are always chatty and friendly especially Daud! tuna puff is awesome too
