It not only moisturizes the noodle yet it blends the savour from all the other elements in the bowl. Convenient to keep a Chinese eatery in a fancy eatery especially when tin this position is not much food around the hotel. But Be prepared to pay hotel prices and wait forever for eatables! I ordered a simply char kuey teow, hokkien mee, frizzled bihun and I had to wait 45mins!! Food however was of standard and service wasn't in addition bad. The steak was perfect and the various spices and aromatics used for the sauce was really nice.

All the cooking was excellent and tasty. It should be a lifetime treat for the sacrifices that they keep given us unconditionally. Treating the highly people that has been around with us for the rest our life regardless of how or who we are, once a year, in May isn't enough.
