It had been a Sunday evening on 12.6.2022 and We reached this restaurant on around 9.00pm. I ordered a quite collection of dishes as suggested by the staffs. After 20 minutes of waiting, I enquired about our drinks first. 5 mins later, our beverages were offered.20 minutes later on, I asked again about our food plus they said your kitchen is preparing it. After a lot more than of hour of waiting, I couldn't wait any more. My little girl was hungry and thinking about our dinner. I actually asked the cashier what happened to your food. He rapidly grabbed his walkie-talkie and questioned the kitchen. I couldn't wait around any longer when i was too sick and tired of waiting around. I informed the cashier that we're sorry and we couldn't wait around any longer. I'd purchase the drinks however, not for the foods. People who emerged after us got gotten their meals and left the area. But we didn't get individual dish or perhaps a grain of rice. Unfortunately, the staff acquired the guts to "insist" to cover our undelivered meal aswell since they said they're planning our foods. Later we discovered that our order had not been even passed to your kitchen. So what's your schedule on declaring for the so-called planning our meals? After making your customer looking forward to so long, not a single apology if you ask me or my children. We walked out having an empty abdomen and filled with disappointment. I HIGHLY USUALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. I'd never get back to Dino's Thai Foods. I cannot comment or evaluation about their meals cos we didn't also get them.
